Dress Code
Our required dress Sunday - Wednesday is Relaxed Upscale Chic - During these days we do not permit during dinner service: sportswear or beachwear. Gentlemen must avoid wearing sleeveless shirts.
Our required dress code Thursday - Saturday is Upscale Chic - During these days we do not permit during dinner service: hats or caps, sportswear, beachwear, or flip-flops. Gentlemen must avoid wearing T-shirts, sleeveless shirts, shorts, hoodies or open shoes. Long jeans are permitted as long as they are worn smartly with fully covered shoes and a collared shirt. Thursday through Saturday we are strictly 21+ after 8pm. Anyone under 21 must be with a parent or guardian. All guests in your party must be present to be seated.
Policies
Please note our dinner reservation policy: All reservations are allotted a 2-hour dining experience unless it is a contracted event. After our 15-minute grace period, the table is no longer guaranteed. Location of the table is not guaranteed but if you have a request, we will note it and do our best to accommodate. All guests in your party must be present to be seated.
Cancellations: Please note Friday & Saturday evenings we do require a credit card for all reservations after 6pm. Any cancellations made within 4 hours of your reservation time, will incur a $25 per person cancellation fee. Payment: Maximum of 4 credit cards per table
Outside Desserts: Outside desserts are permitted, a $5 per person plating fee will be added to the final bill
Corkage Fee: $55 for 750ml/ $75 for 1L maximum of 2 bottles per table
Parking: Metered street parking/ nearby garages, we currently do not offer valet parking and highly suggest uber and or ride share.
To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that large parties book a single reservation rather than multiple smaller ones. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that separate reservations will be seated together or at the same table. If you’d like to book for a larger group, please contact us directly events@balosrestaurants.com and we’ll be happy to assist in making the appropriate arrangements.

Large Party + Event Booking Terms
BALOS LARGE PARTY BOOKING TERMS:
ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO TABLE TIME-LIMITS BASED ON PARTY SIZE, START TIME, AND AVAILABILITY.
Your booking window of 2.5 hours for dinner (2 hours of lunch & brunch) begins at the reserved start time. If the group is late, the booking window will be reduced.
All bookings have at 15-minute grace period for arrival time from the reserved time slot, after which seating is no longer guaranteed.
Balos requires the full party to be present to be seated, please share this policy with your guests to avoid delays in seating and reduced table time on the day of your event.
We do our best to honor seating requests, however, the table will be booked, where space is available. Please note the request on the form under special requests. No seating section is guaranteed.
As the event host, you are required to communicate the booking guidelines and dress code with your guests. Guests not abiding by the dress code may be denied entry and will still be subject to the prefixe menu price. The Dress Code Policy is available above.
YOUR FINAL GUEST COUNT IS DUE A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION TIME OR BALOS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR THE LAST COMMUNICATED GUEST COUNT PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE. CHARGE FOR THE LAST COMMUNICATED GUEST COUNT PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE.
Balos may not be able to increase party sizes as the event date approaches due to capacity.
***If a party size drops to 7 or less guests within the week of the reservation, group is required to keep the pre-fixe menu as planned.
Balos requires cancellation notice for parties a minimum of 72 hours prior to your reservation time.
Light decor is permitted but table space is limited and prioritized for food and drink service. We do NOT permit balloons, candles, glitter, or confetti. Any items that are oversized or disruptive to service or other guests may be removed from the table. (Early access to the table is not guaranteed)
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATON:
The card submitted is for cancellation and will NOT be charged unless there is a violation of our booking terms or if there is an outstanding balance at the end of the meal that was not paid on site. Client is required to ON-SITE at the end of their reservation.
